Congratulations John, cast and crew! Four episodes of The House Between have made the 2008 SyFy Genre Awards "Long List" of nominees for Best Web Production. 2.1 "Returned" 2.2 "Separated" 2.7 "Caged" 2.8 "Ruined" This list will be pared down to only five nominees in each category and then the voting will begin in a few weeks. A staff writer at SyFy Portal wrote: "The SyFy Genre Awards Nominating Committee, an international committee made up of both SyFy Portal staff members as well as readers just like you, has spent months going over hundreds upon hundreds of nominees in television and movies to come up with our final list of nominees, a list that will first be announced on SyFy Radio Wednesday, June 11 at 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT." On Wednesday night, a video will be posted on YouTube. Then on Friday, Michael Hinman will provide a written list of this year's nominees in his regular SyFriday column. Read the entire article and have access to links at: www.syfyportal.com/news425101.htmlCongratulations, again, for receiving this recognition which is certainly well deserved! Note to fans: If an episode of our favorite Web Production makes the final five, be prepared to vote, vote vote! ;D Good luck, The House Between!

Well I will certainly be ready to cast my vote for any episode that may make it into the final five. I am so proud for all of you - it seems all your hard work is starting to pay off with some higher recognition - and all of you definitely deserve it. Congrats to you all!

OMG!!!!!!! Congratulations! Episode 2.1 "RETURNED" - THE HOUSE BETWEEN, HAS OFFICIALLY BEEN CHOSEN AS ONE OF THE FINAL FIVE NOMINEES FOR BEST WEB PRODUCTION FOR A 2008 SYFY GENRE AWARD! Now we have to get busy and begin voting. Readers on SyFy Portal can go and vote on their favorite finalists once a day for 30 days between June 25th and July 25th. I am sure there will be a lot more blogging to come. I was just so excited and despite all the technical difficulty SyFy Radio was having tonight, I didn't give up listening and Michael Hinman finally came through with the "short list" of nominees. Congratulations, The House Between! Your fans are behind you 100%!

SyFy Portal still has not been able to upload their video on YouTube, hopefully it will be up and running sometime today. However, you can listen to the SyFy Radio broadcast from last night, which, thankfully, has been edited. It is being rebroadcast without all the "technical difficulties" it suffered from last night. Including, all their servers going down, garbled speech and very long periods of complete silence and, at one point, Michael posting in the chat room that the entire broadcast was canceled! The June 11, 2008 broadcast includes an interview with Jarrod Cooper from Doctor Who News as well as the announcement of the final five nominees in every category for the 2008 SyFy Genre Awards. If you would like to hear the broadcast, it will begin playing automatically (be patient) , just click on the following link: www.blogtalkradio.com/syfyradio
