I listened to the archived show on SyFy Radio today from the show Marx and Julie Pyle hosted (SyFy Radio--Jonathan Frakes on 7/30/2008). The pre-recorded interview with Jonathan was great! He was very funny.
Anyway, near the end of the show (around 74:00 on the timer) Marx and Julie were talking about the possibility of the success of online shows. Doctor Horrible's Blog, in particular. Julie said she thought Joss Whedon has really opened doors for other people as far as having successful web shows. Marx said he's not the first. There is Sanctuary and The House Between from John Muir.
